"Easy rental nothing special about the experience"
"The attendant was rude and sarcastic, stating that I try to use a gift card for purchase when an actuality it was a credit card. Inside the consul door and on the floor of the truck cab with cigarette butts and cicadas. Other than that, I had it for an hour and brought it back the way I received it. I also took a video which would not allow me to upload it."
"The equipment was in typical condition for U Haul clean and operable, but the rachets for the tire hold down were rusted and hard to operate same for the loading ramps. The location the worst I have been in, the people acted as if it was a inconvenience, they didn't know were the equipment was, told me to go out and look for it by the number assigned. First time I have had to hook up the equipment myself. when I returned it I had to unhook it then they complained where I dropped it. Then I did not receive any paperwork to show it was returned and in good condition. I will never use this location again."
"Becareful renting U-Haul from this location. We rented the largest truck they had on a Friday at 233pm. We came back to return the truck at 2:25pm on Saturday. When we arrived there were a few people outside waiting to return their uhauls but couldnt becuase the doors were locked with a note on the door saying they were on break would be back in 10 minutes. The people that had been waiting outside had been there for 30 minutes at that point. We sat in the parking lot calling the uhaul customer service number, making sure they knew we were not returning late. We sat their unti 2:47pm when they finally unlocked the doors. We returned the truck with no problems. They said we would only be charged for the one day. A couple days later we were charged for 4 days rental. We called customer service and they had to correct the problem. Be careful, this place will over charge you!"
