"Don't go here if you have anything else planned for your day. There's been at least a 30 minute wait past few times I've went. The guys stand around smoking and joking when they should be getting trailers unloaded. I tried to go around their road block because I got tired of seeing them just stand there and talk. Then he told me I had to get back in line. No I don't, I left with my scrap. You don't own me, you will not tell me what I have to do."
"Right off the scale I was waiting in a line for over a half hour before getting my scrap unloaded. Everybody seemed to be in their own little world. Then waited another 20 minutes at the desk to get paid. Spending over an hour at this place should never happen.."
