"I was in a real bind- my window rolled down and wouldn't come back up -and it was 34 degrees outside! I called and Mike told me to come right in. He was knowledgeable and let me know what type of problem it could be. Steve ran me home so that I could wait there. As soon as Mike had investigated the problem, he called me right away and had the part the next day. Steve came back to pick me up and the door to door service was greatly appreciated! Kind, knowledgeable service that you can trust - in this day and age, that is gold! I will be returning for sure!!"
