"After getting into a car accident right outside of Hannibal on vacation on our way home to Wisconsin, my partner and I were stranded for a couple of days. We were a bit upset as car rentals were closed on Sundays Rami was the first one to work with us bright early Monday morning. As frustrated as I was with my situation, he remained his composure and professionalism. He worked so hard to find a car to bring us back home. Although it took a bit, he went above and beyond in his job to work with another dealership in Quincy to make this happen. Words aren't enough to convey how wonderful, brilliant and compassionate Rami is to this company. In a time, where we felt vulnerable and desperate to get back home, he took our concerns seriously and made it happen for us. The same day we walked in to find a car, he picked us up hours later from our hotel to get paperwork finalized so we could finally leave to go back home! ❤Thank you again Rami from the bottom of our hearts. "Driving up North from Florida our Tahoe broke down and we arrived with a pleasant welcome from Rami! When we discussed our situation he said “we have no cars to rent”. We were stranded and needed to get to Iowa! Rami was nice enough to bring us to the dealership and found out the Tahoe would be a week to fix. Long story but Very disappointed with Enterprise but Rami gets a 5 Star for his help! We live right by RSW and we have 100’s of cars waiting to be rented! Renter Beware!!"

"I was not a happy camper the morning I showed up at Hannibal Enterprise needing a rental after my car broke down. Stevie and his team worked swiftly to get me into a lovely little suv and on my way. It's taken longer than expected to repair my car, and every time I call to extend my rental, they are just as helpful and efficient over the phone. Thank you Stevie and team for being awesome!"

"Same as others have reported. Schedule a specific time to pick up rental to only find out the Hannibal store is closed. Took off work and dropped my vehicle off for repair with now not having transportation. Not acceptable!!! Whom is going to resolve this besides a "sorry" that is costing me time and money? Update: I did contact enterprise to be told all stores are closed today with inability to resolve. Cost-push inflation, while providing inferior service, is not acceptable. Guess corporate scheduled when closed. Showed up next day to not have a vehicle. Company is a joke."
