We offer a wide range of vehicles from intermediate (group C) to full-size four-door cars (group E), perfect for every travel need.

Take advantage of our special offer: enjoy one day free of daily time and mileage charges on a minimum three-day rental. Please note, taxes, concession recovery fees, customer facility charges, and fuel charges are not included. Optional items like LDW and other surcharges may apply. This offer is valid for rentals until December 31, 2024, and is applicable at Budget locations across the contiguous U.S., excluding the New York Metro area. Terms and conditions apply, and blackout periods may affect availability.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Please note, we are closed on major holidays including Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

For added convenience, we offer a free pick-up service. Please arrange this at least 24 hours in advance by calling the location directly. If you're flying into Southeast Iowa Regional Airport, our rental counter is conveniently located within the terminal, a short walk from the car lot.

"If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. I will NEVER rent from here again. I will tell everyone to never rent from here! First, they didn’t even have the vehicle we rented. Then they tried telling us that they are charging us $450 for smoking in the vehicle when my husband and I have NEVER smoked. Better off spending a little more money to rent elsewhere!!!!! BEWARE!!"

"I rent from here a couple times a month. The staff are friendly and have addressed any concerns I've had. The cars aren't always as clean as the ones at big airports but I can park my car here for free and that's a big bonus."
