I have always made my auto parts at O'Reilly because of the teams that are knowledgeable and willing to help. Most of the guys behind the counter at this location are great. To bad management isn't on the same level."

"They tried to scam me into buying a new battery, and tried to say my 2 door coupe had the battery location changed by someone. Only the 4 door sedans of this model have the battery buried in the inner fender well, not my coupe."

"Went to pick up gaskets for a family member and the older guy Gail was rude tried telling me that they sent the part back already and my family member had just called and said he needed it and they said they had it in stock. Then was rude over the phone. I simply went in and said I was there to pick up intake gaskets and he said they sent those parts back which what he sent back was valve covers never said anything about valve covers just intake gaskets. Then he went off and just threw them on the counter and told the other person to deal with it and at least the other person working with him was a nice kid and didn't complain about his job. I can honestly say if I go back I will make sure not to have Gail wait on me again he doesnt not know how to deal with customers or the public."
