"I was in town for work for a couple days. I was hearing some rattling down below that was giving me safety concerns. I googled for an honest mechanic and Chad was the first on the list. I read other reviews and decided to contact him. He had done work on other people’s vehicles in a couple days time, so I just thought I’d see if he might be able to work on mine, or at least tell me what the issue was so I could make a decision if it needed work right away, or if it could wait until I got home. He couldn’t look at it when I got into town, but it was close to closing, so that was understandable. He went above and beyond as to drive over to where I was working and test drive it in the parking lot. His timing was even perfect, because it was exactly on my break. After the drive, he let me know what the issue was and that it was just a noise and not a safety concern, and he gave me info for getting it fixed when I got home. I want to add my recommendation to the list for his services."
