"I took my vehicle in to have body work in front and dents and other body painting(after 10 weeks of waiting) they took photos of all I wanted done and quoted me a price around 2400$ also I have pictures of him taking pictures of what needed to be done. I rented a car for two weeks and when I went to pick it up, the only thing done was the front bumper and grill which has a gaping hole on one side . I went in to show them and the girl I talked to was a smart know it all. Whatever happened to customer appreciation there was none today and the man that took the pictures came out. Look at the car and said well did I give you a quote because if I didn’t and I interrupted him and said oh yeah, she gave me a quote of around $2400, I did not appreciate the way I was treated nor remarks made by the girl . If that is the kind of job they do and that’s how they treat the customer, I will never recommend them to anyone"
