From the initial tour of the facility to move-in and beyond they go above and beyond. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the meals are wonderful, and the entire staff is friendly, caring and compassionate. Highly recommend!"

"Hello everyone! I want to let you all in on a little secret! Oak Park place is awesome!!! They helped me so much with my parents who were residents for a short period of time living there. The staff is amazing and it’s always clean and spotless. The food is good too! My parents were happy there. They offer plenty of activities for the residents and I just have to say just how great this place is! So if you have come to the time where you are searching for a place for yourself or an elderly parent who just needs that extra help, look no further! My shout outs are to Suzanne, Candi and Phil! "I would highly recommend Oak Park placed in Dubuque. My mother has been there in memory care for several years now. The staff is great, with a special shout out to Laura an exceptional RN/BSN, an awesome Suzanne who is Mrs. Organized, Mary Jo who keeps everyone active, the cook's, maintenance, etc... etc... And of course, the many Memory Care staff that are so friendly, kind and caring. Many of the staff have just become personal family friends over the years. As our mom continues to slip into needing more care and attention, we feel we have her in the right place with the right people. I appreciate all they do and I know it is not easy. Thank you all."

"My mom has been in oak park place for 7 months. She enjoys it so much, so many activities. I actually have a hard time finding her in her room! Laura Shafer has been especially helpful, making sure her needs are being taken care of. Mom has no complaints at all, has made friends and speaks very highly of the staff"

"My father required a little more consistent care, but he still wanted some autonomy. We evaluated a number of assisted living homes in the area. Patrick at Oak Park was very readily available through all our questions and concerns. When we decided to choose them he was instrumental in guiding us through every step. My father seems to be very happy there and definitely likes the food. The medical care team and staff there seem to on their game. I found the grounds very pleasant, clean and the rooms updated. No part of the facility looked old or worn. They keep up on things. Is a pleasant place."
