"Circle K on Ossie David Prkwy(State Street) doesn’t deserve a 1 star actually. It’s cluttered to the point of being hazardous to shop in. There are carts blocking the aisles and approximately 60% of the merchandise on the shelves inaccessible because of the carts. The shelves that are stocked are, for the most part, really sparsely stocked. There is one woman working there with absolutely the most horrendous customer service skills tha I have EVER encountered. I fully o tend to see this is reported to upper management. She is rude to the point of being intimidating. I have had the misfortune of being waited on her several times and it’s like she has a personal vendetta against you. I always pass it off but honestly the last time (Tuesday, January 24th) was beyond rudeness. I am at a loss as to why she still has a job there. I’ve witnessed her checking out people she personally knows and completely different. At this time I will NEVER shop that Famoly Dollar again. Side Note: I always go beyond showing her kindness and tell her thank you when I start to leave. Her response is a cold hateful stare that could freeze a room."
