"The guy working there could not speak English so I spoke his boss on the video chat. All I wanted was a rotation and balance. Anyways it was a huge struggle for him to do the work. He didn't use the right tools. Later when I took it to Mavis, I found out that the lug on the front was cross threaded and stripped. $45 cash... It was no wonder. No proof... Except for this ... My phone recorded my location. Don't go there unless you really want to end up paying more in the long run."
