"I found the boots I was looking for on my own after an extensive search on what I needed. They have a ton of boots, but I never got an ounce of help or so much as a hello when I came into the store. The employees just sat at the counter on their phones rather than help me with my boot search. I would have hoped for better service when buying a $260 pair of boots."
