"Have been going to Eyemart for years (Bham, Montgomery and Auburn stores) . Picked out new glasses, had them marked for lenses etc; had a discount due from previous purchase. Manager not there, so had to go back next day so she could ring up and apply discount, then they would cut lenses and get them ready. First time I went , waited about 15 minutes and told the clerk I’d come back. Second time I went waited 30 minutes-all I had to do was pay.Didnt need the measuring etc, had done all that the day before. It didn’t seem feasible to me that she couldn’t just ring It up and I’d be done. Cancelled my order. Didn’t seem worth it to wait for an hour (or more) just to be rung up."

He helped me pick out my eye glasses and he made all the necessary adjustments in an expedient amount of time. He was plesant and nice. Then my glasses were ready in just one hour! It was very busy, and she was the only person working, yet I felt like o we were the most important people in that moment! She asked questions to get to know him and his eye journey!
