"I purchased a Belkin I Phone 12 charger about a month ago. The charger never worked. It wouldn’t work in my car, at home, nor with my battery pack. On August 28, I took the charger back to this store. I was told it had a 14 day return policy. I’m almost certain they told me 30 days when I purchased it. But, that’s not the issue really. I told the guy but the charger never worked. He said I could try and get a refund from the manufacturer. I didn’t buy it from the manufacturer, I bought it from T Mobile. I told the guy twice, you sold me something that never worked. I feel lied to and cheated out of my money. There’s nothing wrong with my phone, so that’s not the issue. I’ve been thinking about switching to Verizon, and I think this was the tipping point!!"
