"I used to love Belk, but every time I've gone in it for the past several months it's been worse than the time before. The store is understaffed, poorly merchandise and downright dirty. If you find something you want to buy, finding someone to check you out is a problem. I feel sorry for the people that do work there, as it must seem to be an impossible job. Honestly, I'm expecting "Going Out of Business" signs to post at any time."
