"These positive reviews are fake or paid because this is the worst store in this city. First off, there are no workers in the cashier, my mom was going to pay and I kindly asked for an employee but she had that angry face at me. My mom who doesn’t know english wanted something to buy something in the deodorant section and she yells “you made me walk here just for her to not be here” like girl I know u don’t talk to your mom with that mouth, like seriously, she said some racist slurs to my mom and I hope to not go there with my family again."
"You know what Monique does while she is checking you out? Talk on her phone. Not to mention she doesn't say anything to you at all. That's why they are going to self check out at these place because people don't want to their jobs."
"Store #14520 This store is so organized! I asked Angela where an item was and knew exactly where it was located. I've been in many Dollar General and this one is the best kept clean and organized plus friendly! Angela told me she comes in extra early to put up stock and make sure it clean! Management/corporate please pay her properly to keep her in YOUR store for great customer service satisfaction!"
"The store its self is stocked and usually clean. Every occasion I find myself in this particular store I'm never greeted with friendly and respectful employees. Everyone is always rude and unwelcoming. I have even had an employee at this location talk about the clothing I was wearing not knowing I could still hear her. I do not visit this location at night the only time I'm in the Auburn area is the morning so I can not speak on night crews here. If you are here in the morning and looking for a dollar general that's quick and courteous this is not the location."
