"It appears the service center needs to improve its organization. They tend to overlook (or forget) that cars are left waiting for service, leaving customers waiting for hours without updates. To make matters worse, this review is not about one bad experience but is the third time this has happened to me. "I honestly had a horrible experience with this place and would never recommend purchasing a car from them unless you are purchasing a brand new car , even then with the lack of communication for my issue and how long it took to be resolved for it to still not be resolved I just don’t recommend them. Back in November I purchased a 2016 Honda accord from this used lot. The car when we drove it had what seemed to be no problems besides a few small dents which we discussed with the man who sold us the car could be easily fixed. After leaving the lot with our car we turn on the windshield wipers and it leaves a huge scratch that is still there that we have to now pay our own money to fix. Then the headlight goes out the same night and a piece of the door handle on the passenger side falls off. That was just the start because the next morning , the check engine light goes on. I’ll say my over all experience with sales , management , and the service side was horrible. I contacted them , they have me come in for service and when I go in I’m waiting for hours which I get they are busy at that. I get my headlight fixed but the Brian who called me from services tells me the scanners are down and they also will have to send my car to a Honda dealership for them to work on it . At the moment they had no rentals so we agreed to keep the ticket open until they do soon since the holidays were that week . A week goes by I call for an update and that’s when it was hard for me to get ahold of anyone . It was a lot of back and forth with me calling one person and they say the person I need to speak with will get back to me . After a week of calling and leaving messages for the manager on the used car side services finally got back to me and said that they were still waiting for the used car side to get back to them and approve the work. At this moment is when Brian tells me that the code he found he’d like me to bring the car in to look into it deeper. When I brought my car in initially i was told scanners were down so that’s already untrustworthy eighth there. I take my car in to get only the check engine light taken care of because they can’t fix any of the external problems on the car they sold me they said. Get the check engine light resolved and then after getting my car a week later there’s another issue with the car making a tapping noise . The car since then has been giving us nothing but problems which we’ve had to put our own money into . For purchasing a car off the lot spending 16000$ you would think the car would have no issues or before putting it on the lot they would have checked if the car had any issues . Since we have purchased the car the first month we already had to change the oil , headlights , put money into now having a mechanic fix our issue because they still fail to communicate how they should with a paying customer . If you do decide to do business with them you might have luck with a brand new car of the new car lot , would not recommend purchasing a used car ."
