"So I get messages telling me I have a refill and wanting to know if I want the pharmacy to contact my doctor for authorization. The only info given is Rx FL. I am not a pharmacist and do not have a cheat sheet to tell me what FL is. Called local store and put on forever hold. It would be more helpful if the drug name was provided in the message so I could know if it is something I want to refill. Does anyone else have this issue or are we all just supposed to know the pharmacy codes?"

"I was just there this evening. I was with my two small children with a cart of 5 items. No one at the register. There was someone there at the front working, but she never asked if I needed help or offered to help me at the register. As soon as I started using self check out, she helped everyone at the register but me. I was not happy at all. Normally I get excellent customer service, but not tonight."
