"Used Dashmart recently for a grocery pickup and I can confidently say I will never use this place again. They need to know what other places are charging for same items as prices are not competitive, in some cases prices are 2x but that’s not primary concern, the main reason why I don’t want to use them or recommend to anyone is because fruits and vegetables we ordered were ripe and old stock. I tried Help button on doordash app to tell them the products were not fresh, the automatic reply I got is that I won’t be compensated for this issue which is totally fine but they didn’t even get my feedback which was surprising to me. If you are new in business and trying to compete against the walmarts and amazons of market, step up the game. You are signing up for failure"
