"I've had equipment repaired here,Sean and Brian facilitated the arrangement. They truly will help you out with any concerns you have. I always look through their new and used vinyl. I had two Modwright cd players repaired their after I was told by Modwright they don't work on them anymore. Well recommend. Edit: I purchased a Hana Umami Red moving coil cartridge from Brian and even with the customary discounts, he mounted it for FREE using a Mint Protractor I had sent to him from China. My Oracle Delphi Vl sounds amazing,everyone who has heard it through my Whest Titan Pro is blown away. No one works on my Oracle but Brian,he has been working on them since he was 8 years old. "What a gem of a shop! Jesus took great care to answer all my questions and used his knowledge to help me with the questions I didn't even know I had. His selection of demo songs really showed me the full capabilities of the speakers I was considering. Great ambiance and a great place to check out some of Wharfedale's finest offerings. "Don’t even know where to start. I frantically called them a few weeks ago because I ruined my husbands brand new record player. I completely broke the needle. Panicked I came to their store to get a new needle. They were SO kind, offered me a drink and made me feel at home. Explained what needed to be done and quickly got to work. Eli replaced the needle, tested it so I brought the record player home. I hooked it up and my husband started to listen to a record. Well, the new needle was picking up every little thing and had way too much popping that he was super upset about. Called them and they made some suggestions on how to fix but nothing changed. They told me to come in if the popping didn’t stop. Back to the shop I go. Eli graciously listened to some of the records with me, identified that this needle just was not for us as what we were hearing was actually normal. That said we weren’t happy with the current needle so he (without question) changed it to another needle that was better suited for us. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Not only did they fix my problem they were so insanely kind to me in the process. They saw how stressed I was by this and fixed it with a smile. Thank you endlessly, Eli!!!"

"I had an excellent experience with the team at Audio Element and would highly recommend their service for anyone interested in serious, high-end audio equipment. I had not purchased a new system in more than 15 years and so, was uninformed as to the latest technology and brand options when I decided to upgrade my system. During my first visit, I had nothing but questions and spent over an hour and a half listening to various component combinations. Sean and the staff were very patient and informative, pointing out the pros and cons of different component combinations and explaining the relevant features and price trade-offs of the individual components. I never felt pressured, spoken down to, or that I was being lured to higher-priced equipment. They understood my needs and respected the overall budget I had in mind. I left that first visit with a list of component alternatives and pricing that I took home to research. I was pleased to find good reviews on all of them and returned two months later with a short list of the components I wanted to purchase. Eli assisted me on that occasion and set me up to listen to my choices one more time before making my final decision. It turned out that he speakers with the color/finish I wanted would have to be ordered, which they felt would come in in time for an event I was planning. I received a call from Sean a few days later informing me that the supplier had sent the wrong color. They were concerned that the correct speakers wouldn’t arrive in time for the event and very kindly offered me the use of other speakers in case they didn’t. In the meantime, we worked out an arrangement that would provide the best chance for them to arrive on time. Fortunately, that worked out and I had my complete system set up for my event. I was very impressed by the consideration they demonstrated for the time constraint I was facing and the effort they made to accommodate my needs - this was first-rate service. And most importantly, I am very happy with the system I purchased."
