"I got the cutest shoes for my Christmas Eve dinner date. The staff are willing to help. I like Edward he's funny and gives his honest opinion when asked. The manager helped me pick out a pair of boots. They were signs of wear from the clearance section. She put Mink oil on them and buffed them out. You would never know my boots were 30%. The cashier Marianne she was great. I have 3 different returns. She helped me get the best deal for what I was buying. I would definitely be returning."
"I love DSW because I can go in having an idea of what I want and finding something that fits my general description. The store is generally very clean even days when it's busy and the clearance is always in order and never have issues finding anything in my size. One of the only retail stores my husband loves as much as I do."
"I used to love this store! But I’m not a fan of how the store is being run/managed. The restroom is only for employees and they ONLY VALIDATE PARKING WITH A PURCHASE. Apparently there are signs all over the store, but I came in looking for an advertised pair of boots and they were out of stock… and then the sales associate wouldn’t stamp my parking unless I bought something. $3 for 30 minutes is ridiculous and this store and Paseo have really gone downhill. Now I know why that mall is a ghost town"
