"I am 71 years old. I don't steal. All I want to do shop.in For this reason I have to shop on line. I can't get help. I am always returning because these clerks don't want to help me. I want to exchange my Gucci Sunglasses for a different pair i got on line. Clerk showed no interest in what I was trying to express to her. She said what I have are in the case. So I just left. Judging a book by the cover. I am so sad..."
"Good selection. Not a department store or brand name shopper at all, but I had a gift card so I went. Got a really nice Calvin Klein cologne and a shirt, and they have awesome selection. Men’s and kids are upstairs. Line was hectic but this was after Christmas season. This location also has lots of dress clothes, like blazers and dress shirts/pants. Perfect place for a last minute department store suit."
"I love Nordstrom Rack, there is always something wonderful to be had here. And it was certainly true this time; I found two pieces of my favorite upscale (in other words very expensive!) designer. I would have given a rating of five stars, but the bathroom was in serious need of cleaning and restocking (no paper towels!). Hopefully the next time I visit, the bathroom will be clean and stocked so I can give a rating of five stars."
"Pay attention: check your item price before you pay!!! even though now it is 40off big sale, unfortunately the cashier lady still don’t want to apply this 40off discount for you if you didn’t remind them, they will not check red tags for you automatically, you have to speak to them time by time, otherwise pay more 40% . So wierd!"
