"I'm a frequent customer of this store, but my latest interaction was worth posting about. I brought my fiancee to the store for the first time (her first Tommy experience!) and a lovely associate, Kaylee, was eager to help. Kaylee had just suffered an acute loss of her voice from earlier in the day, but she managed to help both of us with what we were looking for, as well as joke and communicate the best way she could. Other associates could've easily pawned us off to someone else, but she stepped up-- and made it a great experience for us. Whether the store has what you're looking for or not, it's worth checking in and seeing what's new and what can be shipped to your home (free S/H!)."

"This is a wonderful store. The layout is open and comfortable, the merchandise is high quality, and the staff is well-trained as well as attentive. Associates do a great job checking sizes and styles and will place part of an order online in the event of an out of stock. The Tommy Bahama brand continues to gain luster because of stores like Pasadena, where old-fashioned manners and polite suggestions without pushy sales tactics are the norm. Their gift card promotions are also a great reason to visit and shop for yourself or gifts, plus the MLB licensed apparel is unique and extraordinary."
"Great customer service. I brought in a confusing return, with too many receipts. They sorted it out quickly. And they had some new merch since my last visit. So my return became an exchange! My husband loves their understated (non-tropical themed) shirts. Everyone was friendly, professional, efficient. Overall, very positive experience."
