"This store is filthy and there was minimal inventory. I inquired w/ a staff member and she stated that they've been very busy. If that's the case, that means they should be turning a profit. If so, then why can't they maintain this store. It looks like an homeless space. The escalators are disgustingly dirty and gross."

"Usually fun to shop at Ross. So much inventory and often great prices. They have a lot of stuff besides clothes. Lots of home decor, artwork, pet supplies including lots of bowls and beds, kitchen items, and health & beauty. On this trip i got some kitchen items and some lovely English soaps. If you're looking for gifts to give someone, Ross does have a good selection of gift items. Especially around the holidays. Ross is often fussy about bringing in large bags of any kind or backpacks, so keep that in mind. I dont know this individual Ross store's policy, but some Ross's will turn you away. Bathrooms are upstairs and were pretty dirty. Unfortunately many Ross customers are inconsiderate like that. Clean up after yourself please!"
