"BUYERS BEWARE...Do not use this ignorant, non professional, unethical, non responsive extremely rude person who calls himself a realtor/broker. We put in a very fair offer on a vacant property 12 days ago. During this time we where told there where NO other offers. We immediately submitted our offer. We agreeded to the counter offer, supplied everything seller asked for within hours ect...After 4 days of waiting for final signatures we where told seller was moving back in and needed a later closing date which would not work for us but we where willing to work something out...this put me in a very difficult place as I had no where to go for 2 months, no to mention the extra expenses of moving twice and storage on me. This made no sense as she had already moved out which made us a little suspicious, why move back in with an offer and 30 day or sooner closing date. But we where willing to make it work for the seller. After numerous calls to finalize the deal..."nothing" !!! We sent another email yesterday and to our surprise we finally got a response saying. I'M NOT CALLING YOU! We where flabbergasted and extremely frustrated! So today we sent another offer with everything needed attached. We immediately got a response saying the property was sold for a much higher price. Mind you I was extremely upset. Needless to say seller never moved back in and the property is still vacant as of today. John Krol you are greedy and rude!!!"
