"Katie did it again! Our third transaction with Katie, second as sellers. After making the decision to move out of state, Katie handled our long-distance transaction with ease and made the process as simple as could be. On-market for 5 days — Katie had us under contract. The buyer came in with a low offer that we initially considered ignoring, but Katie negotiated them up nearly 20% in 24 hours; right back to our list price. Her intuition that this offer was something she could work was priceless. This was in early 2023, when market conditions had changed significantly in the buyers favor but Katie leveraged the strengths of our property and found the perfect buyer.
