"I wish I could give negative stars, but google won't let me. This business is a DISGRACE. I am truly disgusted that individuals like this, in our great nation, call themselves businesswomen. Misrepresentation of property, putting their clients in GRAVE DANGER, and flat our FRAUD. This woman needs to be stopped before someone gets hurt or killed. The house is one wind gust away from blowing away and she still changed with $3k for 3 days. We got to what was supposed to be a wholesome family getaway for easter to find the home was completely flooded. The entire structure is on it's last leg of life, there is no dock, garage, and a bug INFESTATION. I am covered in welts from the bugs that were swarming in and around the place. I could simply not subject my child to stay in these conditions yet this woman won't give us our money back. As I was locking the front door as we were leaving to go check into a hotel aftera 12 hour drive with a baby, I slipped and fell on the weathered boards that were warped, swarming with insects from still water, and busted my entire side body open. The neighbors said there have been a total of 9 families since the hurricane that have had to leave this house of HORRORS. Unfortunately, they did not receive any refund and could not afford a lawyer. This place is harmful, this woman is FRAUD, and we now spending our family vacation we have saved for filling a lawsuit. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE"

"This property company cancelled my 4 night reservation a week before my trip, stating they had a 7-night minimum, even though it clearly states on the platform only a 3-night minimum. Poor customer service at their convenience and at customers’ time and expense. I would NOT recommend this company."
