The usual questions we fired at him were handled nicely, he didn’t hurry us even though he knew the answers before we asked the questions. He supplied charts and graphs with up to date listing and sales data. He also alerted us to the upcoming slow season as we listed in April. Our choice, and he was correct, very little activity until the snowbirds returned. He also advised us on the ever changing market value. He was correct there as well.
