"I am very surprised to say I was very pleased with my home purchase through Rick Goodridge and his team. I truly am a hard to please person who expects a lot from people I do business with. Rick was referred to me from 2 others that used him. From the minute we were introduced to Rick I could tell he was a professional, honest and hardworking individual that knows how to get the job done. Rick was quickly the front runner among a few agents we put our info out to when looking for that special home that would fit our bill. Rick quickly was showing us listings and visiting properties to qualify them for us 7 days a week. He traveled great distances in finding our retirement home.
