"Very bad experience. Left a shirt to be laundered. They said it would be $3.50 When I picked it up they charged me $12 for dry cleaning. Said the fabric required it. It was 100% cotten. Wanted to leave another shirt which they had laundered for me 4 times and only charged $3.50. I asked if the price would be the same and they said no guarantee. The factory might decide to dry clean it. Ridiculous. More than the shirt costs. It's like ordering food on a menu for $15 and then getting the bill for $60 because the cook decided it took too long to cook and their supplies that week went up. Wish I could advertise my product for $10 and then charge $40 when a customer picked it up."

"Great pick up and delivery!! Quality of cleaning is about 3.5. I got zero help when there was a problem and that did it for me. We are done with Champion and after several years we are looking for better customer service. The person in charge of the front desk needs to have a different roll."

"I left a big cover and a very nice dress there. ( both expensive) After several weeks I remembered about this items there so I claims the items but the person in front desk told me they are not responsible for it after several weeks and the clothing is not any longer there.l, so I asked why they didn’t call me BEFORE giving the clothes away because I would be more than happy to pay and pick it up immediately. she told me that I choose to leave the clothes there and that they are not calling no body! ( with attitude)also she said That it is my fault for leaving the items there for to long. As a business place I think that is not professional at all and the way she treated me was the worse. And I think A simple phone CALL when the items are ready to the clients as a reminder doesn’t harm no body. !!! The personal working there no professional at all."

"I used champion cleaners for the first time this week and it was a very impressive service that I will be using again, I've used two other dry cleaners in Naples and have been disappointed with the service both times. I called on Monday morning to have my sons suit dry cleaned they came and collected on Monday afternoon and it was returned to me today looking brand new :-) The drive though drop off service could be a time saver and it's on my way to work so I will be giving that a try on Friday, so glad I found this company finally a decent dry cleaner in Naples."
