"Recently, I had my hair extensions removed at Luxeli. They were installed improperly by another stylist, making the removal process unusually challenging. It took over 6 hours, during which Inna demonstrated incredible patience and gentleness, especially with the severely tangled extensions that required cutting. Typically, this process takes 1.5 to 3 hours at most. Not many specialists handle removals from other salons. I’m grateful to Luxeli for resolving this issue, and I’ll definitely return to them when I’m ready for new extensions."
