"We just found our new plumber. In the 21 years that we have lived here, we have used several plumbing companies. Some with little success and others with more success. A friend recently had a home filtration system installed and we were interested in getting one installed. The company that she referred us to was Balmore Plumbing Company. Mike the owner came to our house and quoted us a price to install the system and also gave us a price on a new water heater that needed to be replaced. "Balmore could not have been worse for our new bathroom. Suggested by our contractor. Bad choice. The crew that came out could not speak one word of English. When they installed the shower controls, they drilled into the room on the opposite side, leaving long screws coming through the wall. They hung the rain shower head at the same height as the old shower head, which was a foot too low and then wanted to charge us for moving it. When the bathtub diverter was installed, pebbles from the construction were left in the line so it never worked. Squirted water all over the room. I had to hire another plumber to diagnose and repair. The only thing Balmore was good at was sending invoices for services not yet rendered. Need I say more?"
