"Found reception to be ok. Not friendly, but not rude. Perhaps overworked? Found Dr. Martin EXTREMELY rude and condescending. Doesn't want to hear what you have to say and desperately needs training and coaching on people skills. It's not brain surgery after all! Will not return. Doc needs to learn how to allow customers to address his criticism and highly judgmental words instead of cutting the customers off, and making assumptions. He Definitely loves to hear himself talk and gets angry when customers tries to speak or respond to his aggressive behavior."
