"Called to request a quote. Was told they would get back to me within an hour. They took several hours so I called again and they said they might not reach me until Monday bc of the weekend. This was fine. I was assured they would call and leave a voice-mail. A full week later I get tired of waiting and call, it takes about 1 minute on the phone for the receptionist to tell me they can't make my car key at all. I do not understand why it took a week of waiting to tell me this. No apology or anything when i pointed this out. Extremely unprofessional."
"Clarks lock and safe has been a small town business for many, many, years. Even when ownership changed hands, the friendly customer service remained the same and has to this day. Quick, professional service, with a smile and helpful with providing information about locks and keys. Today, I was even asked if I knew how to program my own vehicle le key. It was not asked as if it would be a bother, but rather as an effort to save the customer a little money by skipping the programming part. I am very satisfied with my visit, as I have been numerous times in the last few years!"
