Take 5 Oil Change

"Unfortunately I had to wait almost an hour to finally get my 10 min oil change with 2 cars in front of me. The guys did apologize. One car was having issues I guess. The lady in the other car was getting frustrated too. They made sure she got the attention and apologize when they helped to her. Then my turn. Very polite. Ed the Manager, and Justin? Was on duty. Thank you. But next time, I think I'll try somewhere else."

"I have had my vehicles serviced there for the last three visits. Every time, I was treated very respectfully and offered a cold bottle of water as I waited. On my last visit, I met the shop manager, Edward E. Fox. Edward and his team took care of all fluids, filters, windshield wipers, and air pressure for my Subaru. I will return to Take 5 for my next vehicle maintenance and recommend them for your vehicles next maintenance."

"First allow me to say I must be honestly impressed to give a solid 5 stars. I rarely do it. But from the time I pulled up for an oil change and drove off I was greeted with the best customer service. From Austin, John, and the other guy you couldn't ask for anyone better. The guys are genuinely concerned about the well-being of your vehicle. Not once did I feel like I was being up sold. They explained why this particular oil should be used. It's what the dealer calls for. This was my first time and I will continue to use them. Well worth what little wait I had."

"The young men that provided my service were professional and friendly. That goes a long way these days. I was a bit taken back by the $100 price tag but I did enjoy the unexpected 25% vet discount and the fact they both thanked me for my service. But for the price and convenience they not only changed my oil, checked/filled my tires and washed my windows they also showed me my air filter and advised me it was still in good shape (rather then trying to sell me another one-honesty great). They checked all my other fluids and advised me they all looked good. They also advised me of other services they offer and I was surprised by all they do. This is the first time I went some place other than my Toyota dealership for required maintenance. I will definitely continue to get my oil changed here at Take 5 in Pace rather than driving all the way over to the dealership off Pensacola Blvd. I highly recommend Take 5 in Pace. They are a 10 all the way. I hope management takes the time to commend the two men working at 7am on Thursday 12/14/2023(wish I would have gotten their names) at the Pace, FL location. Their pleasant and professional attitudes are to be commended as it’s not often found in young men in the auto mechanic field."
