"Was having "choking" issues and couldn't figure out if it was spark plugs, torque converter, or some air/gas mix issue. The plugs were not in an easy location and just moved so didn't have the ability to check myself. They checked and it was the spark plugs. They charged me a fair price and I was elated to get it back with no more issues. This will be our go to shop for anything I don't feel comfortable doing myself (once I have garage space to work on the vehicle). The only bad reviews I see on here seem to be from people who expect to have their vehicles fixed super cheap. Again FAIR pricing if you actually know what certain things cost. It's really hard to trust anybody to do a better job on my vehicles than I could do myself but I trust Eddie Hobbs Automotive!"

"AagBreeced AgreeTook my truck to them for very specific work. Half of which was not done. They did part of the work and did what they wanted on the rest. And coat over 100 more than quoted. Had steering gearbox replaced get truck home and power steering pump is bone dry. Requested A/C actuators be replaced. At no time did I consent to an A/C evac and recharge. Would have been nice if idiot's had actually recharged the system without blowing the front compressor seal.That happens when a system is over charged. R134 runs at higher pressure than R12 refrigerant. Charging for work not authorized or done is illegal, so is not having authorization before performing work.. .Definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Now I have to finish the repairs myself. That's the only way to guarantee that it gets done and done right.Bad enough they left an oily mess in the bed of my truck from the old steering gearbox. Got charged for 2 cans of freon. Funny that the air was cold before it went over to Eddie Hobbs Automotive it just wouldn't change from defrost and floor to vents. After agreeing to settle through the BBB Eddie Hobbs lawyer breeced original agreement. Crooks and thieves. 4-8-2023 To this day they have yet to refund my money. Per the BBB agreement."
