"After making an appointment online to get 2 front wheels they had me sitting there for an hr just to tell I needed to wait 45 more min because they have trouble distinguishing an online appointment from a walking or something like that. 1hr and 45 min to install 2 tires yep this place is phenomenal. More like inept boys."

"I have been having work done at Pep Boys for a while especially for things that I could not complete myself. They have always communicated well with me and have completed the work in a timely manner. My only con in my experiences is that of the cost sometimes. But that's what you get when everybody's prices are up due to inflation. Other than that it has been a positive experience."

"They diagnosed the issue my car was having really well, but they wanted to charge me $500 to fix the issue. One trip to auto zone $30 and 30 minutes later I fixed it myself. I have the feeling with their tools and experience they would've had it done faster than I did. $500 for a 30 minute repair seems really steep."
