"If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service at the service desk is awful. They have 0 compassion for their service members and their families. How are you not capable of looking up an account with a credit card number, social, and ID number??!! Management is poor. Do better, home depot."

"Great place to shop for home improvements. Bought a lot of flooring from Home Depot to do my entire house. Also bought appliances, etc. Very friendly people, one person particular was a gentleman by the name of John who was in the flooring dept. in Pace, Fl. I believe he is in the rental dept. Awesome employee."

"John W in the lumber department is fantastic. He helped my find the wood I needed and got it down off the shelf for and helped me pick out pieces that looked nice for my project. Then he cut my wood down to the dimensions I needed and even helped me at the check out when the check out lady couldn’t pull up the price of the wood due to missing stickers. I literally went to Lowe’s to do this yesterday and the guy helping me there made me feel like such an inconvenience just for their wood cutter to be broken, so my expectations were extremely low. And John just made the whole process so quick and seamless. Thank you so much!"

"We purchased a refrigerator during the Labor Day sale at our local Home Depot in Pace Florida. After waiting two weeks for our appliance to be delivered, when the guys took the box off the refrigerator in the front yard, there was a big dent in the door. We sent the refrigerator back as directed by the sales person at Home Depot when we purchased the appliance And called the number we were given. We were then told that LG would contact us within 24 hours with a delivery day, we never received a call back from anyone. When I called after sitting on hold for about 15 minutes, I was told that it will be a month before I can get my replacement refrigerator, then when I asked if I could cancel this order and purchase a different refrigerator, I was told yes, but they will not honor the labor day sale prices on a different appliance! Never again Home Depot will I purchase anything from you and our cards will be canceled ASAP!"

"Contractor they highly recommended, Paradise Home Services, stole two bottles of medication and rifled through a purse in my back bedrooms . Bedrooms that had doors closed! Be AWARE of this contractor! Terrible! Brazenly stole while I was in the house waiting for them to install my hot water heater....zero help from Home Depot or Paradise Home Services...People please have cameras out and running and lock up your belongings!!!!!"
