"4.5 stars. Excellent price! Good Doctors. Actually like the mix of Chiropractors. I think slightly different techniques each time is probably better for the body. Only drawback is that sometimes I go in and there is a new patient and I would have to wait too long but so far it's only been a minor inconvenience. Convenient to have multiple facilities around the country."

"The Joint is a great place to visit for someone who's looking to try Chiro. But I don't think that the membership is worth it. For $80/mo, I get 4 visits per month, but each visit in less than 5 mins of adjustments, which is not what I was expecting. There is also a 2 month minimum which you should be aware of and isn't very obvious when you sign up. But Dr. Lin who I usually see is quite friendly and good at what he does. I just think the way the Joint is structured, it isn't worth it to get the membership."

"Have had a great experience with Dr. Derek, and would give the place 5 stars if every time I went in he was the one doing my adjustments. Dr. Jo on the other hand always seems rushed, does minimum effort (eg, Dr Derek always adjusts my legs, arms, shoulders, in addition to my neck which is my main issue; Dr Jo almost always just does my neck). I also sometimes feel pain after being adjusted by Dr Jo. On the other hand, it’s always great with Dr Derek. I wish the same standard of care was available across doctors."

"I found I wasn't able to utilize all the visits that were in my plan. I received a call from someone at the Arboretum location and she was very kind and told me that when I come in next time we can look at different plans since I'm not able to come as much as I used to. When I went in to that location today to receive Services I was able to change my plan and it was very easy. Thanks to everyone at the Arboretum location and especially thanks to Dr To. He is a great chiropractor and I feel so much better after getting treatments there."
