"As a typical addict, it took me a long time to except that I needed help and even longer to begin looking for a rehab. Once I started looking and found Spring Gardens, I know it was the right place for me! But even with wanting change, I was terrified in the beginning processes were made so smooth and easy with the staff. They ask their questions and listen to every detail like you’re the only person that matters and they do everything that they can to help you find recovery and live your life to the fullest. The detox house is where all of the meals are shared, and where the Nurse station is. It’s kept very quiet because those first few days are pure hell and they make it as comfortable as possible for you. The residential house is very warm and inviting and gives a great atmosphere for community and healing. All of the staff are trained to check in on you and make sure that you are doing okay but also give you the space you need for your healing, a hard balance to master, but they have done so! The day and night nurses talk about all medications and any changes that I’ve been made so that your care is never compromised. The therapists during group offer a lot of resources, information and helpful tools for the recovery process, and are even more valuable in the one on one sessions. The chef is one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met in my life, not only is her food top-tier but her personality, compassion, and love for others make her stand apart! I never tried yoga prior to going into this rehab, but the instructor has such a beautiful soul, and creates an atmosphere for you to find inner peace. The pet therapy seemed extra, wholesome due to the pet owners coming in and never looking at you with judgment or pity for being in rehab when it feels like so many people do. The massage therapy, acupuncture and sauna or also really excellent resources offered. Everywhere you go you are greeted like the staff actually enjoys their job which is a very hard thing to find these days. I just hit my five months sober from alcohol and I feel better than I have in a long time! I hope to never have to go back to rehab again, but if ever I find myself in the position where I do need to, Spring Gardens is definitely where I will go again! They helped me save my life!"

"I cannot express enough gratitude for the life-changing experience I had during my 30-day in-patient recovery at this facility. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with compassion, professionalism, and unwavering support. My individual therapy sessions with Linda were insightful and powerful, helping me uncover deep-rooted issues and equipping me with the tools to manage my addiction long-term. The holistic approach, including group therapy, individual counseling, and wellness activities (including massages, cupping & acupuncture), made all the difference in my recovery journey. My biggest goal was to leave here knowing what my trauma issues were and learning new coping skills to deal with my addiction. I got exactly what I needed at Spring Gardens. The environment was serene and conducive to healing, providing a safe and comfortable space to focus entirely on my recovery. The sense of community among the residents and staff created a supportive atmosphere that was both encouraging and empowering. I am leaving this facility with renewed hope, strength, and a solid foundation to continue my recovery journey. If you or a loved one are considering treatment, I highly recommend this facility.
