"The listed hours for a Friday show this location opens at 5:00 AM. Today they opened their doors into the hotel around 5:45. It’s also day 2 of PSL season and I was told they didn’t have pumpkin syrup this morning. Bummer way to start a Friday while traveling when you have to wait an extraordinarily long time for your coffee and don’t get the drink you’ve been looking forward to literally all year long."

"The cashier at the register was kind, but my drink was made wrong and I apologized and let them know at the pick up counter that I had ordered it iced. The first employee who responded to me was polite and told me that they would remake it, but an older woman, probably the shift supervisor, came over and looked at my drink and said “she got the wrong drink because she ordered it wrong, this is a whole different drink”. It wasn’t a different drink, it was the exact same thing I ordered aside from the fact that it was hot. If I had made a mistake ordering it I wouldn’t have a problem being upfront about it but I ordered directly from the menu above the cashier where the first word written was “iced”. Her attitude was very negative for no reason and rubbed me the wrong way which is unfortunate because the cashier was so sweet and asked for a rating which would have easily been 5 stars even with the mixup if not for the woman’s attitude."

"Incompetent staff who missed an online order for a hot venti latte, then asked me to remind them what my order was 3 times as I waited at the pickup counter, then made me wait an additional 20 minutes for my order, all while other customers came and ordered and got their drink and left, and then handed me a cold venti mocha frappe as if I’d bothered them by even coming in. This is my first (and probably last) review of any establishment on Google, but this was ridiculous and incompetent service that still has me annoyed 3 hours after-the-fact. Frappe ended up in the trash."
