"I took my dog Caine here, after he got into a pretty bad fight with a cat. His teeth got messed up and he was cut pretty badly, including a 6 inch long slash that open up his arm. Being a small pomeranian, tyat is a pretty bad cut. Although it dud take a few hours to get him looked at, this is an emergency vets office, and it was totally understandable because there were a few fur babies there. They kept me updated, as much as possible, about his condition, and were very honest with his appraisal and what will happen with his surgery, explaining in detail what would happen. After they cleaned him up and sewed up his arm, the vet made sure to explain (in detail) what happened with the surgery, his medication, and was very helpful woth my questions. Yes, they are kind of high in price (my bill was just over $600), but for the amount of work that they did, including explaining his blood tests to me, it was well worth the money. Caine is doing much better the day after, and I couldn't be happier, even if he is completely terrified of cats now."
