"Lady at tent told me 24 hrs. After I got tested, I got an email that said it would take 24-48 hrs. It took 28. Sadly that meant that because of when my flight was leaving, I had to splurge for a $95 test at one of the private clinics. When if I'd known they were going to fail me, I'd have made other, less expensive or free arrangements."

"This company is not trustworthy. Please read the reviews and take caution before getting tested at one of their sites. The process to get tested here seemed easier then waiting at an urgent care but like everyone else I did not receive my results and it has been over a week. Why bother testing people if you can't deliver results. Obviously that's why anyone is getting tested to begin with. Extremely disappointed with this service. I reached out to their support email and received this frustrating response: Hi! Unfortunately, your result is not in the system. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We had critical days in our company due to the influx of a lot of requests, for this reason, some results did not reach the clients. At the moment we have solved this situation and ask you to take the test again. Just don't bother and go to a more reputable source to get tested."

"I've been getting tested at this location 2-3 times a month since I first saw the tent. And up until the omicron variant, this company was delivering test results in the timely manner. Most of my test results were under 24 hours. But with all this craziness around omicron I had to wait for my results waaaay longer: got one in about 80 hours, and the second one came in after about 100 something hours.. But, nonetheless, I'd like to leave a positive feedback about Labworq employees working at this location. The girls are always nice and friendly. And boy, they are quick!!!! The huge line moves at a nice and steady pace. P.S. Someone said that the tent has no lights.. Well, that's a lie. I walk past this tent every day on my way home from work and it's always illuminated with some kind of portable light"

"Absolutely unbelievable. They advertise 24-hour turn around on all their signs. When you actually receive they test, they tell you 24-48. That is also a lie. The Attorney General of New York just issued them a warning for their false advertising as people are having to wait upwards of 5 days for their results. I missed my flight to go home for Christmas because I trusted their service."
