"I am writing this because I saw someone post on the League City Facebook group with the same complaint and then several people commented saying they had the same experience. DO NOT COME HERE!! Especially if you’re wanting to figure out your issues in a timely manner. I have never seen Dr. Chang but I’ve seen Sheila Reagan and she is awful! I had to wait WEEKS to get a call back on my initial blood results. They then requested I do more tests. I gave blood on June 26th. It is August 7th and I still cannot get a call back. Sheila’s bedside manner is terrible too. She literally told me she thought I had a tumor on my pituitary gland and once I got over the shock and said, “umm, excuse me”, she THEN responded, “or it may just be a thyroid issue”. Why wouldn’t she have opened with that instead of the tumor? Dr. Chang made her take different sets of blood from me and the whole time she complained how doing that is beneath her and how she likes “dressing like a boss”. She told me Dr Chang recommended her pick up shifts at the hospital and she was saying how she’d never do that because of the “ugly blue scrubs” they wear and how she wasn’t going to work somewhere that they tell her what she has to wear. She seems way too self absorbed to even care about her patients. Terrible experience every time I go."

"Every team member is friendly. I noted extreme patience without effort illustrated by front desk as the women helped a man fill out a form and assisted a new hire. There was a line. She was kind and proficient. Care was given to each person in the most expedient manner. The nurse to Dr. Chang was thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Chang is a popular doctor because he's well informed, intelligent, respectful, and sincerely cares about patient's care. I observed him in the hallway when another patient stopped to ask an additional question. He stopped and gave the women a clear answer and made sure she left any other questions. The attentiveness of the entire office is not reflecting how busy each person was. The office was full but managed expertly."
