"My experience at the Starbucks inside the Harris Teeter on M Street SE in Navy Yard was absolutely dreadful. The staff here are rude, abrasive, and unprofessional. They consistently fail to make drinks correctly and seem to have no regard for basic customer service. When I visited, their behavior was so appalling that two customers ahead of me walked out in frustration. The way they spoke to me was shockingly rude, and it was clear they had no interest in being helpful or polite. I ended up taking my money back and going to a different Starbucks. This location desperately needs an overhaul. The staff need serious training on how to interact with customers. This Starbucks is a disgrace to the brand, and I won’t be returning until major changes are made. I’d give a zero if I could."
"Just moved across the street from here and well the customer service still sucks from last year! I would rather walk down the street to the full Starbucks where they at least speak to you. My name was on the cup she could have at least called it to say my drink was ready …good mornings not acknowledged smh"
