"Some of the pizzas looked burnt and weren't really edible I had purchased them for the people to have dinner on my set I was filming a movie nearby. When I got there I had to wait because they had given my pizza away to someone else. It wasn't worth it for the price. I used to work in as a manager in Mississippi and I would not have allowed those to go out of my store looking like that......."
"Placed an order more than 40 minutes ago. Tracker said since 10:20 that the food was being prepped. No change. So I called, to which an employee answers laughing and when explained the situation she said another 30 minutes. She has no idea who I was nor what my order was. When I asked to cancel, response was a “chuckle” and “yea for sure” and hung up. Extremely unprofessional and ridiculous to have to wait so long when online says 17-27 minutes. Order little Cesar’s instead."
"I always go to a different location. Yesterday I ordered delivery herr. I was impressed. The pizzas were still hot. The pizza was not burnt like the other location I go to. The driver was nice. I will be coming here from now on!"
"I've normally never had a problem with this place, but whoever thought it was okay to send a burnt pizza thinking it would be fine, is out of their mind. Whoever was working the night I got this pizza really should not give pizza to other people. This is ridiculous. I don't know how you could burn a pizza this bad and think a customer would actually eat it. Other than that, You guys have been pretty upstanding but this is upsetting. I know you're going to give me a free pizza, but the fact that I have to comment on this is just absurd."
"Started ordering from this location a few months ago and so far, I have been very satisfied with their pizzas, their customer service and especially the online coupon options. Just ordered a 5-topping for $10 and it was great! So great I almost forgot to snap a photo before devouring it."
