"Pizzas here are very fresh and tasty as always. Last week when I visited them, there was a miscommunication in my order and they delivered cheese pizza instead of cheese sticks. When I pointed this, the manager very politely apologized refunded the amount, and also prepared cheese sticks fresh again and gave it to us for free. It’s not about the free stuff that we got, but the compassion of the employees to ensure the customer is satisfied makes it more valuable."
"The pizza is always good and hot when I pick it up every time here. Also, this place has pretty good wings. That is a must try. The restaurant inside atmosphere is classic Pizza Hut deco. However, the lighting can be more brighter."
"I gave my order very clearly but the hostess didn't speak very well so she got my order messed up and my address # incorrect. After 30 minutes of standing in 105* heat driver finally came. Not to my apt; I had to meet him downstairs-he was lost?! He showed the ticket to me with wrong address #! Both employees didn't understand me at all. Unbelievable who they hire these days.Should be able to listen and understand English! Food was good but I wouldn't order from here again."
"Quick service and my orders have been baked to perfection. The estimated time of pick up has always been accurate with no wait. They have mini containers of grated cheese you can purchase that are fresher than Kraft."
"I didn't feel like going out so I placed a delivery order. I used the tracker so I was able to see when it went in the oven and when the pizza left the restaurant for delivery. We met the delivery driver in the hotel lobby so he didn't have to find our room. The pizza and bread were exactly what we expected from pizza hut-fresh & delicious! And I have to say, the only restaurant we ordered from that wasn't delayed by a half hour!"
