Pizza Hut

"I ordered a pizza yesterday 9/3/23 around 7:30pm. My order was delivered after 8:30pm by door dash not Pizza Hut. (Fine) upon me opening the box I notified my order was wrong. I ordered hand tossed but received thin crust. I hate thin crust. I immediately call the store and was told they didn’t have someone to bring it not even door dash. He could give me a credit tonight or I can call in the morning for a refund. (At this point I have no choice but to say okay) I called the store today 9/4/2023 after 11am the guy said he was super busy and for me to call back at 12noon. (Basically giving me the run around) I live 3 minutes aways I got into my car and headed to the store. Unpin my arrival the store doesn’t have any customers and no orders were being made at all. I tell the guy I just spoke with him and I need my refund. He immediately told me I was rude for asking for my money. I called the police and they told Him to refund me so they can go or be released. The guy mentioned he had to call and verify from the guy from last night and then it will take 24 to 48 hours to be released. I will never order from this place again he referred to me as “ You People” I’m assuming because I am black. I asked him if that is what he meant but of course he said no."

"I ordered a pizza at 7:36pm and I never received it. After calling 3 times I found out the driver delivered it to some other apartment and didn't knock, but just left it outside. When I called about it, the driver told me she could remake it but "wouldn't know where to take it" without offering any other remedy for the fact I have been waiting over 90 minutes. This is not the first time I have ordered delivery, but I have never had a problem like this. 0/10 would recommend."

"This location use to be decent but my most recent and last experience here was ridiculous. Based on the poor reviews this place already has. I’m not going to reach out but I will warn others to avoid this location. They don’t quality check or care about the food. I received a pan pizza when I ordered a hand tossed pizza.. it also was flavorless and ugly with super dry cracked crust, burnt vegetables, pepperoni, and toppings, just very bad tasting. It looked like a new hire’s first pizza. Lmao. Never again."

"There can be an excuse for a mistake(finger print on pizza) during delivery, but never for the first answer from owner as "what do you want?". If you got a same situation, don't ask the proper service to owner or shop manager. They don't even think that's their fault and to say "sorry" but "what do you want from me?". All I want is a pizza eatable, not a pizza to get infected with your dirty hands."
