"After switching ins. Companies I was assigned to Dr. Malone. We spoke for about 15 mins at my initial appt., and I assumed we were fine with my history and medications……. But when I called to request my pain and sleep meds I was told he wasn’t going to fill them till I went to a pain clinic and psychiatrist. I have been on these meds for years with no issues and he wanted me to jump through hoops to get ongoing meds. Absolutely zero patient concern. The office staff were friendly but not very professional."

"I’m not sure this posted so I am doing it again. My appointment with the. doctor went well but the receptionist was very rude. I have been in the office three times when she was very agitated. Her moods seem to change on a drop of a hat. A doctors office is probably not a good place for her to work . The phone seems to have been broken for weeks. No one answers. If you leave a message they will call back quickly but sometimes you need for them to answer. The first person you see in an office makes a huge impact on what you think about the office. The patient shouldn’t have to go get the paperwork that another dr needs. I guess the fax machine doesn’t work either. I’m thinking maybe I should change doctor. I waiting 45 minutes for paperwork and still didn’t receive. It never hurts to be nice to someone especially is a doctors office."
