"I'd 1st like to say I wish I could leave zero stars, my Mom has been with this agency for several years and in the beginning they weren't that bad just an occasional slip up, which is to be expected. Let me start off by saying my Mom is 87 and her dementia has gotten worse over the years and they haven't helped by not being able to keep her caretakers or their schedules constant, which really upsets her because at her age in her condition she needs consistency! We never know who or what times or days we are getting each week except for one day. We've always had the same caretaker and the same hours for years until recently then they took that away from her. She was also given extra hour through the insurance agency and it took them well over a month for her to actually get them even though they were getting paid for them. If you really care about your loved one PLEASE do not use this company!"
